Claim Examples:
- Invoice ₹20,000 → Claim ₹20,000
- Invoice ₹25,000 → Claim ₹25,000
Important: Additional insurance must be selected during booking and cannot be added after dispatch.
💰 Freight / Shipping Charges Refund Policy
Freight / Shipping Charges Refund is available ONLY under SinghXpress Safeguard Plan.
✔ If Safeguard Plan Purchased:
- Invoice value refunded (up to ₹25,000 coverage)
- Freight / Shipping Charges also refunded
- Applicable only in case of Total Loss or Confirmed Missing Shipment
❌ If Only Free Insurance Used:
- Coverage limited to ₹8,500 maximum
- Freight / Shipping Charges will NOT be refunded
