When sending international parcels, understanding insurance coverage, invoice value, and claim limits is very important. At SinghXpress, we follow a transparent and customer-friendly policy so you clearly know your protection before booking a shipment.

Inbuilt Insurance Coverage (Up to ₹8,500 INR)

English:
All international shipments booked with SinghXpress include inbuilt insurance coverage up to ₹8,500 INR per parcel. This coverage is included in the shipping charges at no additional cost.

SinghXpress ਰਾਹੀਂ ਭੇਜੇ ਗਏ ਹਰ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪਾਰਸਲ ਨਾਲ ₹8,500 ਰੁਪਏ ਤੱਕ ਦੀ ਇਨਬਿਲਟ ਇੰਸ਼ੋਰੈਂਸ ਕਵਰੇਜ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਵੱਖਰਾ ਇੰਸ਼ੋਰੈਂਸ ਚਾਰਜ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ।

Invoice Value & Claim Value Relationship

English:

• Invoice Value is the actual value of goods declared by the sender at the time of booking.

• Claim Value is the maximum amount payable in case of loss or confirmed missing shipment.

The maximum claim under inbuilt insurance is ₹8,500 INR per parcel and is strictly dependent on the invoice value declared at booking time.

• If the invoice value is less than ₹8,500, the claim will be limited to the declared invoice value.

• If the invoice value is more than ₹8,500, the claim will be limited to ₹8,500 only.

• ਇਨਵੋਇਸ ਕੀਮਤ ਬੁਕਿੰਗ ਸਮੇਂ ਭੇਜਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਸਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਸਲ ਕੀਮਤ ਹੈ।

• ਕਲੇਮ ਕੀਮਤ ਪਾਰਸਲ ਗੁੰਮ ਜਾਂ ਮਿਸਿੰਗ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਅਧਿਕਤਮ ਰਕਮ ਹੈ।

ਇਨਬਿਲਟ ਇੰਸ਼ੋਰੈਂਸ ਅਧੀਨ ਅਧਿਕਤਮ ਕਲੇਮ ₹8,500 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਪਾਰਸਲ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਬੁਕਿੰਗ ਸਮੇਂ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਇਨਵੋਇਸ ਕੀਮਤ ’ਤੇ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।

• ਜੇ ਇਨਵੋਇਸ ਕੀਮਤ ₹8,500 ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਕਲੇਮ ਉਸੇ ਕੀਮਤ ਤੱਕ ਹੀ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ।

• ਜੇ ਇਨਵੋਇਸ ਕੀਮਤ ₹8,500 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਕਲੇਮ ₹8,500 ਤੱਕ ਹੀ ਸੀਮਿਤ ਰਹੇਗਾ।

Practical Examples (Inbuilt Insurance)

English:

• Invoice Value ₹6,000 → Claim up to ₹6,000

• Invoice Value ₹12,000 → Claim up to ₹8,500

• Invoice Value ₹25,000 → Claim up to ₹8,500

ਪੰਜਾਬੀ:

• ਇਨਵੋਇਸ ਕੀਮਤ ₹6,000 → ਕਲੇਮ ₹6,000 ਤੱਕ

• ਇਨਵੋਇਸ ਕੀਮਤ ₹12,000 → ਕਲੇਮ ₹8,500 ਤੱਕ

• ਇਨਵੋਇਸ ਕੀਮਤ ₹25,000 → ਕਲੇਮ ₹8,500 ਤੱਕ

Optional Additional Insurance – Secure Shipment (Up to ₹25,000 INR)

Additional Insurance Charges

English:
Customers can opt for Additional Insurance Coverage up to ₹25,000 INR per parcel by paying extra insurance charges of ₹2,180/- (plus applicable GST).

This additional insurance must be added at the time of booking and applies only to parcels where extra insurance is selected.

Insurance Structure:

• Total Protection Charges: 2180+392.4 GST = 2572.4// INR  (combined)

ਪੰਜਾਬੀ:
ਗਾਹਕ ₹25,000 ਰੁਪਏ ਤੱਕ ਦੀ Additional Insurance Coverage ਲੈ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਲਈ ₹2,180/- ਵਾਧੂ ਇੰਸ਼ੋਰੈਂਸ ਚਾਰਜ (GST ਵੱਖੋਂ) ਦੇਣੇ ਹੋਣਗੇ।

ਇਹ ਇੰਸ਼ੋਰੈਂਸ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਬੁਕਿੰਗ ਸਮੇਂ ਹੀ ਜੋੜੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਵਲ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਪਾਰਸਲਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਵਾਧੂ ਇੰਸ਼ੋਰੈਂਸ ਲਈ ਗਈ ਹੋਵੇ।

Claim Value with Additional Insurance

English:
When additional insurance is taken:

• Invoice Value ₹20,000 → Claim Value ₹20,000

• Invoice Value ₹25,000 → Claim Value ₹25,000

The claim value will always be equal to the declared invoice value, subject to the maximum insured limit of ₹25,000.

Without additional insurance, the claim remains limited to ₹8,500 only.

ਜਦੋਂ Additional Insurance ਲਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ:

• ਇਨਵੋਇਸ ਕੀਮਤ ₹20,000 → ਕਲੇਮ ₹20,000

• ਇਨਵੋਇਸ ਕੀਮਤ ₹25,000 → ਕਲੇਮ ₹25,000

ਕਲੇਮ ਰਕਮ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਇਨਵੋਇਸ ਕੀਮਤ ਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ, ਪਰ ਅਧਿਕਤਮ ₹25,000 ਤੱਕ।

ਜੇ ਵਾਧੂ ਇੰਸ਼ੋਰੈਂਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਈ ਗਈ, ਤਾਂ ਕਲੇਮ ₹8,500 ਤੱਕ ਹੀ ਸੀਮਿਤ ਰਹੇਗਾ।

Important Terms & Conditions

English:

• Invoice value must be correctly declared at booking time.

• No change in invoice value or insurance is allowed after booking.

• Additional insurance is optional and non-refundable.

• Claims apply only in case of total loss or confirmed missing shipment.

• No claims are applicable on prohibited or restricted items.

ਪੰਜਾਬੀ:

• ਬੁਕਿੰਗ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਹੀ ਇਨਵੋਇਸ ਕੀਮਤ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਨੀ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ।

• ਬੁਕਿੰਗ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਨਵੋਇਸ ਜਾਂ ਇੰਸ਼ੋਰੈਂਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰ ਨਹੀਂ।

• Additional Insurance ਇੱਛਿਕ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਪਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ।

• ਕਲੇਮ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੁੰਮ ਜਾਂ ਮਿਸਿੰਗ ਪਾਰਸਲ ਲਈ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੈ।

• ਮਨਾਹੀਸ਼ੁਦਾ ਸਮਾਨ ’ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਕਲੇਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ।

Claim Applicability – Loss Only

Claims are applicable only in case of total loss or confirmed missing shipment. No claim will be accepted for delay, partial loss, damage, customs seizure, customs hold, or any action by authorities.

ਪੰਜਾਬੀ

ਕਲੇਮ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੁੰਮ (Lost) ਜਾਂ ਮਿਸਿੰਗ ਪਾਰਸਲ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਦੇਰੀ, ਹਿੱਸੇਵਾਰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ, ਡੈਮੇਜ, ਕਸਟਮ ਰੋਕ, ਜਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਕਲੇਮ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
